| 3 Tbs kecap manis |
| 1½ Tbs honey |
| 1 lime, juiced |
| 1 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated |
| 2 cloves garlic, crushed |
| 1 pkt Continental® Oriental Fried Rice - for serving |

Place chicken in large ceramic baking dish. Whisk kecap manis, honey, 2 tablespoons juice, ginger and garlic in a jug. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Season with pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook. |

Preheat oven to 220°C. Drain marinade. Bake chicken for 1 hour 15 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Serve. |
