1 kg chicken wings

3 Tbs kecap manis

1½ Tbs honey

1 lime, juiced

1 cm piece ginger, peeled, grated

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 pkt Continental® Oriental Fried Rice - for serving

Place chicken in large ceramic baking dish. Whisk kecap manis, honey, 2 tablespoons juice, ginger and garlic in a jug. Pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Season with pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

Preheat oven to 220°C. Drain marinade. Bake chicken for 1 hour 15 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Serve.
