Mango Clafoutis

½ mango, cubed

1 egg

1 egg yolk

55 g sugar

3 Tbs milk

85 g flour

¼ tsp cinnamon

2 Tbs double cream, for serving

Preheat the oven to 220°C

Place the mango cubes into a small ovenproof dish.

Blend all other ingredients in a food processor (or whisk in a bowl) and pour over the mango.

Bake in the hot oven for 15 minutes until the clafoutis is golden and cooked.

Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.

Servings: 4
