Prawns With Chilli Sauce

prawns; shelled, deveined

onion; sliced thinly

chilli sauce

pinch

salt; or to taste

vegetable oil

Prepare prawns and onion.

Heat oil in wok to smoking point. Stir fry prawns and onions in it for about 2 minutes. Add salt and chilli sauce. Stir everything together and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.

Tips

Prawns do not require a great deal of cooking time, so do not overcook as they will have a tendency to become "tougher" in texture.
