Prawn With Sweet Red Capsicum and Cucumber

prawns; shelled and deveined

medium

onion; sliced

red capsicum; sliced

1

cucumber; pared and sliced 5mm thickness

Tbs

soy sauce

tsp

sugar

pinch

salt

oil

Wash and slice all ingredients, as needed.

Place oil in wok, add prawns and onion, stir fry 2 or 3 minutes until prawns turn white.

Add sliced cucumber, soy sauce, sugar. Stir, cover wok, cook 3 minutes, lifting cover once to stir ingredients.

Lift cover up, add red capsicum and salt, to taste.

Cover wok. Cook everything 2 more minutes. Stir everything well.
