Reserve 1 tbs of the chopped spring onions. Combine the remaining spring onions, prawns and chilli in a medium bowl. Place the wonton wrappers on a clean work surface. Spoon a tablespoonful of prawn mixture onto the centre of each wrapper. Brush edges of wrappers with warm water. Pinch the corners together to enclose filling and form pouches. |

Brush a bamboo steamer with oil to lightly grease. Place the dim sims in the steamer over a large saucepan of boiling water. Steam for 7-8 minutes or until dim sims are cooked through. Remove from heat. Use tongs to transfer to a serving platter. |

Meanwhile, combine the soya sauce and water in a dipping bowl. Sprinkle with the reserved chopped spring onion and serve immediately with dim sims. |
