Arrange lettuce, avocado, prawns and three-quarters of the mango, on plates. |

Combine sour cream, 2 tablespoons lime juice and remaining mango in a food processor. Process until the consistency of thickened cream, adding a little cold water if too thick. |

Spoon mango sauce over salad. Season with salt and pepper. Serve. |
