olive oil

butter

dried oregano

sage
dried parsley
¼
garlic powder
salt
medium white wine
chicken stock
Cover the pork chops with the herb mixture made from the oregano, sage, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

Brown the chops in a bit of olive oil and butter on high heat. In another pan add the chops and the liquid made from the white wine and chicken stock.

Cover and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat.
