Apple Bran Muffins

Ingredients

1	cup	bran
1	cup	milk
1	cup	applesauce
½	cup	sugar
½	cup	melted butter
½	tsp	salt
½	tsp	cinnamon
3	cups	flour
4	tsp	baking powder

Procedure

1	Combine bran and milk, let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
2	Fill greased muffin pan ¾ full. Bake in oven at 200°C for 25 minutes.
