Mexican Ham And Egg Brunch

diced cooked ham

shredded tasty cheddar cheese

eggs

tsp

salt

tsp

dry mustard powder

cup

tomato based mild salsa

Layer bread, ham, and cheese in a greased 22cm square baking pan.

Beat together the eggs, salt and dry mustard. Pour egg mixture over top of layered mixture. Stir in salsa. Cover mixture tightly and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 175°C.

Bake casserole, uncovered, for about 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
