Lime Prawns With Asian Dipping Sauce

For lime prawns :

g

green prawns; peeled and deveined

kaffir lime leaves; finely chopped

tsp

Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

Tbs

peanut oil

1

Tbs

fresh lime juice

For Asian dipping sauce :

½

cup

Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

1

tsp

fresh ginger

1

tsp

garlic

½

Tbs

spring (green) onions

For lime prawn :

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Heat extra 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or frypan. Add prawn mixture and stir fry over high heat until prawns are just cooked.

For dipping sauce :

Finely chop ginger, garlic and onions. Add Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce and mix well. Place sauce into small bowl. Serve with prawns.
