Line a 36cm x 24cm x 2cm baking pan with foil. Pat scallops dry with paper towels; arrange in a single layer in pan.

In small bowl, combine honey, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice; stir until smooth.

Sprinkle scallops with salt and pepper; brush with half of honey mustard mixture. Grill 10-15cm from heat for 6 minutes.

Turn scallops and brush with remaining honey-mustard mixture. Grill an additional 2-5 minutes or until scallops just become opague. Do not overcook. Garnish with lemon slices.
