Honey Cream Date Muffins

butter; melted

cream

honey

chopped dried dates

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir in the egg, butter, cream and honey, just until moistened. Fold in dates.

Fill paper-lined muffin tins full, and bake approximately 20 minutes.

Servings: 12

Yield: 12 muffins
