pineapple pieces in natural syrup; drained

leg ham; roughly chopped

dried oregano

tomatoes; finely chopped

grated tasty cheese
green salad, to serve
Mix together pineapple, ham, oregano, tomatoes, and salt and pepper. Spoon mixture onto chops. Sprinkle with cheese.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place chops into a large ovenproof baking dish.

Bake chops for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with salad.
