Garlic And Lemon Marinade For Prawns

Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
¼
fresh coriander; chopped
1
lemon; juiced
2
cloves
garlic; finely chopped
green prawns; shelled and deveined
Combine all ingredients except prawns. Place prawns in a flat non-metallic dish and pour over marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Cook on pre-heated barbecue hotplate for 3-5 minutes until they change colour.
