Fresh Peach And Pecan Muffins

all-purpose flour

sugar

ground cinnamon

butter; melted

cup

milk

medium

fresh peaches; peeled, diced finely (makes about 1 cup pulp)

cup

pecans; chopped

Combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl combine all the wet ingredients.

Stir the two mixtures together just until moistened.

Fold in peaches and pecan nuts.

Spoon into muffin cups. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon and sugar if desired. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
