Chicken And Kidney Bean Wraps

red kidney beans

corn kernels

onion
can diced peeled tomatoes

tsp
ground turmeric
ground cumin
pinch
salt; or to taste
black pepper; or to taste
wholemeal tortillas
Fry onion; add chicken and when chicken is cooked add kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, salt and pepper, half teaspoon each of cumin and turmeric.

Stir all together and cook on medium heat for ten minutes.

Add to cold or heated tortillas and wrap.
