Barbecued Honey Mustard Prawns

prawns; fresh, washed clean

honey

prepared mustard

curry powder

tsp

lemon juice

salt; or to taste

freshly ground black pepper; or to taste

lemon; thinly sliced

Line a 36cm x 24cm x 2cm baking pan with foil. Pat prawns dry with paper towels; arrange in a single layer in pan.

In small bowl, combine honey, mustard, curry powder and lemon juice; stir until smooth.

Sprinkle prawns with salt and pepper; brush with half of honey mustard mixture. Grill 10-15cm from heat for 6 minutes.

Turn prawns and brush with remaining honey-mustard mixture. Grill an additional 2-5 minutes. Do not overcook. Garnish with lemon slices.
