Banana Pecan Muffins

raw sugar

baking powder
wheat bran

pecan nuts; chopped

bananas; ripe
milk
plain yoghurt
Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a bowl. Stir in bran, sugar and nuts. Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
Melt butter in a small pot. Mash bananas.

Lightly beat egg, milk and yoghurt together. Add bananas to dry ingredients.

Pour melted butter and egg mixture into the well and mix with a fork until just combined.

Spoon into prepared pans and bake at 220°C for 20 minutes.
