Banana Blueberry Muffins

bananas; extra-ripe

cup
brown sugar; packed
fresh blueberries
2 ¼
plain flour
tsp
baking powder
large
eggs
½
margarine; melted
vanilla essence
ground cinnamon
salt
Mash and blend the 2 bananas.
Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and margarine until well blended in a bowl.

Stir in blueberries and vanilla.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Stir banana mixture into flour mixture until evenly moistened.

Spoon batter into well greased muffin cups.

Bake at 175°C for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden tooth pick inserted in centre comes out clean.
