Baked Orange Pork Chops

pork shoulder chops

salt; or to taste
black pepper; or to taste

oranges; sliced thinly

orange juice

flour
Arrange pork chops in a casserole. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and top with orange slices.
Pour juice over the top and cover with orange slices. Cover.

Bake in a preheated 175°C oven for 1 ½ hours or until tender.
