BBQ Prawns Marinated With Ginger Soy And Garlic

medium green prawns; shelled and deveined

vegetable oil

Tbs

Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce

¾

Tbs

fresh ginger; grated

fresh lime juice

cloves

garlic; crushed

wooden skewers; soaked in water for 10 minutes

Place prawns in a non-metallic bowl. Combine next 5 ingredients, mix well, and pour over prawns. Marinate prawns for 10 minutes.

Remove prawns from marinade and thread onto skewers. Cook on pre-heated barbecue grill or hot plate for about 1 minute per side, or until prawns turn pink. Baste from time to time with the marinade mixture.

Serve with a green salad.
