Place prawns in a non-metallic dish.

Combine next 3 ingredients and mix well, making sure the honey is dissolved. Pour mixture over prawns.

Marinate prawns for 20 minutes, turning once.

Pat prawns dry with paper towels to prevent burning and barbecue or grill over low heat for 2-3 minutes per side, until prawns are pink.
