Avocado And Chicken Burritos

small chicken breasts

olive oil

tortillas

tomato salsa

lettuce leaves

red onion; cut into wedges

1

red capsicum; seeds removed and finely sliced

avocados; sliced

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken for 5 minutes each side. Remove chicken and slice. Warm tortillas according to packet instructions. Smooth sour cream and salsa over each tortilla and top with lettuce, chicken, onion, capsicum and avocado. Roll and serve.
