Apple Wine Pork Chops

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Drain off fat. Add apple juice to pork chops, evenly distribute brown sugar and raisins on top of each pork chop.

Bring to boil, then simmer covered for 25-30 minutes do not turn pork chops. Add red wine and simmer covered 10-15 minutes or until all liquid has evaporated.
