Apple Hazelnut Muffins

hazelnuts; grounded in blender to a coarse flour consistency
flour

baking powder

sugar

egg
1 ½
unsalted butter; melted and cooled
milk; warmed
tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
salt
dried apples; chopped
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Combine hazelnuts, flour, baking powder and sugar.

Add egg, butter, milk, vanilla, salt and apples. Let stand 10 minutes.

Fill cups of a non stick muffin pan with the batter to 2/3rds full. Bake 8-10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
