Apple And Carrot Muffins

Mix wet ingredients together, and add dry. Stir until everything is moistened (these make a very wet batter).

Grease muffin pans and fill the muffin cups to ¾ full.

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry.
