| 250 g cream cheese, softened |
| 1 clove garlic, crushed |
| 4 spring onions, chopped |
| ½ tsp Tabasco sauce |
| 2 Tbs chopped parsley |
| ½ tsp dried basil |
| ½ tsp salt |
| 36 medium-sized fresh mushroom caps |

In medium bowl, blend cream cheese, garlic, onions, pepper sauce, parsley and basil. Mix well. |

Remove stems from mushrooms and save for future use. Spoon 1 tsp cheese mixture into mushroom caps. |
